⚖️ 1. Terms and Conditions

By submitting an initial manuscript, revised version, or final accepted file to MSARR, the author(s) confirm and agree to the following:

• The submitted work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration by another journal.
• The manuscript is free from plagiarism, fabricated data, falsification, and unethical content.
• All listed authors have read and approved the submission and consent to publication.
• Necessary approvals have been obtained from institutions, departments, supervisors, ethics committees, funding bodies, or employers wherever required.
• The corresponding author is authorized to communicate with the journal on behalf of all co-authors.
• Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, authorship, references, ethical compliance, and legality of the submitted content.
• All editorial correspondence, reviewer comments, and manuscript-related communications are intended for academic use and should be treated confidentially.
• All submissions are subject to editorial screening and peer review, and the final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief based on editorial assessment and reviewer recommendations.
• In cases of confirmed copyright infringement, ethical misconduct, false authorship, or serious policy violation, MSARR reserves the right to reject, withdraw, correct, or remove the content without prior notice.
• Where post-publication author-requested changes are permitted, applicable correction or processing charges may apply.
• No claim for refund or liability shall arise due to institutional objections, employer restrictions, third-party disputes, or author-side issues after publication.

MSARR respects the privacy of its authors, reviewers, editors, and website users and is committed to handling personal and professional information responsibly.

Information that may be collected includes:

• Name, designation, and academic or professional details

• MSARR, its editors, publisher, reviewers, and associated team members are not liable for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of published materials.
• Content available on the journal website is provided for research and educational use only.
• External websites or third-party links referenced on the platform are provided for convenience; MSARR does not guarantee or endorse their content.
• The journal is not responsible for temporary service interruptions, website downtime, server issues, or access limitations caused by technical factors beyond reasonable control.

💳 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Authors are encouraged to review all journal policies, fees, and submission requirements before completing final submission or making any payment.

• A manuscript may generally be withdrawn by the author before publication, subject to editorial process status.
• No refund will be issued after payment has been made for an accepted manuscript.
• No refund will be issued once galley proof, formatted proof, or final publication processing has started.
• No refund will be provided after final submission files have been approved for publication or once the article has been published online.
• Editorial handling, peer review administration, DOI processing, formatting, hosting, and digital publication services involve immediate operational costs.

📦 5. Shipping Policy

MSARR is an online open access journal and provides digital scholarly publishing services only. No printed copy or physical product is shipped as part of the standard publication process unless explicitly stated otherwise. All accepted articles are published electronically on the journal website.

🌐 6. Open Access Policy

All articles published in MSARR are made freely available online immediately after publication in a readable digital format. Readers can access, read, download, and cite published content without subscription fees or registration barriers, supporting wider dissemination of academic knowledge worldwide.

🔍 7. Peer Review Policy

Every manuscript submitted to MSARR undergoes editorial evaluation followed by a structured peer review process. The journal generally uses review by at least two independent experts in the relevant subject area to assess originality, relevance, scientific quality, clarity, and ethical compliance. The final decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewer input and editorial judgment.

Authors are permitted to self-archive the preprint, accepted manuscript, and published version of their article, where applicable, on personal websites, institutional repositories, academic networks, and other OAI-compliant platforms, provided proper citation to the original journal publication is maintained.

🧾 10. Plagiarism Policy

MSARR expects all submissions to be fully original and ethically prepared. Authors must ensure that borrowed content, ideas, tables, figures, and previously published material are appropriately cited or quoted. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, manipulated data, or unattributed content may be rejected, returned for correction, or removed from the publication process in accordance with the journal’s ethics standards.
