Literature is an important means of promoting mental health and, at the same time, developing innovative forms of cultural entrepreneurship. This article examines how literature can be integrated into cultural activities and therapeutic or sustainable tourism programs, promoting emotional expression, social connection, and creativity among participants. Through a literature review and analysis of good practices, the role of literature as a bridge between culture, mental health, and the development of sustainable cultural business models is highlighted.
